You can use hearts in Tokyo for other things than healing (I know, that the english rules are wrong in that they say, that you cannot use hearts at all in Tokyo, so I accept the french rules here, no discussion about this again, please).
That one is easy and quickly answered: For the card "Total Destruction", for the "Healing Ray" (judged out meanwhile, for good reasons), using the "Psi probe" while in Tokyo, using "Camouflage" while in Tokyo...
