Again you are neglecting the fact that most people with the 1st edition KoT that want Power Up already have the 1st edition of Power Up. It was widely available pretty much since its release, with many copies still available even after 2nd edition KoT came out. I understand the decision caters to people who now want the 1st edition powers, but those people simply don't really exist, with people in your condition being the primary exception.↧
