Refresh.
Only 1 card got replaced (Monster Batteries is now Battery Monster).
The only notable rules change is "If Tokyo is empty during your turn, you must enter Tokyo".
There were a handful of other rules/card tweaks, but they're mostly just added clarity.

You are fine sticking with just 1st edition (even including the upcoming KoTokyo Power Up 2nd edition. If you are OK playing with 'mis-named' evolution stacks, it will work just fine with KoT 1st)
