Thread: King of Tokyo:: Rules:: Entering Tokyo with first attack die. Do you also get to attack?

Hi, the rules say that the first player to roll an attack die (paw), gets go go into Tokyo.

1. Do you have to into Toyko if you don't want to?
2. Is the paw your ticket to enter only, or can you also attack opponents outside of Tokyo, once you go in?
