How many times will you allow that with two monsters standing and you hitting the other one in Tokyo? After 10 rounds (probably sooner) you lose. That is lame. (This applies more to Wings. If you allow to wait until you're actually getting damage to activate, you don't lose energy unless the other player actually attacks.)


There's a reason Wings costs six energy. If a monster has Wings in Tokyo and there's only one or two opponents he can be very difficult to dethrone because he can wait to see what the dice result is going to be before spending energy to avoid damage.
