Also, think about the powers that give you re-rolls in exchange for energies. By not forcing the dice to play, there is no harm in giving it another chance. Where if the player took a chance and got a punch, they would need to punch or spend more energy to get rid of the unwanted punch.

And the other way around, if a player has that power, they can sit on it until they need to get something they want later, instead of being force to use the power to get rid of an unwanted punch. This makes that card more powerful.
