I have both (and both expansions). I enjoy both games, but I'd pick King of Tokyo over Dice Town. Dice Town can drag on and over stay its welcome.

Dice Town seems to have more strategy than it actually has. KoT feels lighter and seems to have less strategy than it has.

KoT's theme and mechanics fit the game so well that it is hard to beat for me.
