It doesn't show that at all. It might be right that somebody always will be, but that's not what this thread shows. Show me how offering promos through a lottery is SOP. It is far more common for companies to take previously limited edition promos that were popular and put them in the next expansion for the game than it is to hold a lottery. IELLO hasn't even said it would ever make the cards available again. I'm not sure that's SOP. I think more what they are saying is close to SOP - it's SOL.


That was a clever attempt at acronym humor, except that it made no sense whatsoever. I was referring to them using their promotional materials as they see fit whether you approve of it or not. It's clear they've lost a customer, as you are clearly convinced that you are entitled to something that you're not. However, after spending my college years toiling in the retail sphere, there's at least one thing I learned: some customers aren't going to be happy no matter what.
