Yeah, you're not saying they're wrong. They're just idiots for liking "Tokyo princess Yahtzee". Especially when they are pigeonholed into the category of people that love games just because of "cartoony art" and "chunky dice".
The ability to adapt and enjoy a well-designed game, whether it is a simple one like KoT or a more complex like Agricola or Dominant Species, requires greater intellectual capacity than that of a one-track mind.
