Not long ago i bought KoT, the latest edition from IELLO. Unfortunately the health dial for Cyberkitty was cut off centre, so most of the numbers where not (or only partially) readable.I contacted the support through the official website and one week later a package arrived with a new Cyberkitty board. No red tape (register here, provide invoice there ...), just a simple email asking for my shipping information.
It all went so smooth that i still smile, when i take Kitty out of her box. So thank you IELLO for the great support.
