I asked in an email about getting a Box expansion that would house all the content and leave room for more similar to AEG's Big Geeky Box for SmashUp and the reply was it is a consideration. So we need to show our support on this issue and write emails and let them know its something that is wanted

This would definitely be a tricky endeavor.

Smash Up/Big Geeky Box is a game consisting entirely of standard size cards.
Cards Against Humanity/Bigger Blacker Box is a game consisting entirely of standard size cards.
DC Deck-Building Game/Multiverse Box is a game consisting (almost) entirely of standard size cards.

King of Tokyo/New York is a game that currently has standard cards, square cards, round chits, bigger square chits, monster boards, tiny cubes, etc... (some of which were added through expansions)
Making a "holds everything box, with (properly sized) room to spare for whatever future expansions may bring" seems like a tricky task. Not impossible, but not near as easy as it is for the other listed games.
