I just want to point out to the Iello folks that as of my writing this, Matthieu's reply got 36 likes and Richard's original post got 4. I trust that you guys are doing the best you can with a bad situation, and will continue to buy your products, and it's obvious I'm not the only one. Maybe everyone should watch the last season of The Guild to remember that a company is made up of human beings who feel hurt when they are accused of being assholes.

Maybe the haters would be satisfied if you mailed them a free Cyberkitty and Space Penguin. I don't need that, but if you made those two available for purchase separately, I will likely buy them, because having more monsters is good and I love the King of X games.
I have actively asked from 9 months for them to make those characters available for purchase, as have many others. Their silence on the issue seems to be a clear indication that they just want people to re-buy everything.

Also you are right about people supporting this decision as I just said in the post above yours:
the overwhelming response to my criticisms and their decisions seems to be "Iello can do no wrong.' and "Shut up and take our money!" so it is clearly working out for them financially.
And honestly, who cares if 10% of your customers are unhappy if the other 90% will happily buy the same products twice.
