I'm sorry you had to deal with all this. Lawsuits have to be extremely painful for game companies, even the larger ones.

The reply cleared up a lot so I am satisfied as well. It also took 6 months and this thread to get it. Some may not agree that we were owed it, but as a fan purchasing the game, I disagree.
