The recall comment was referring to existing 1st Edition Kot (and related 1st Ed expansions) that were already printed at time of lawsuit.

Presumably any and all illustrations that depict a rabbit with technological parts involved is the issue.
If the legal issue was with, say, The King, they would have plenty of room to (re)design just about anything to go with the name, but with a name like "Cyber Bunny", your options become quite limited.
