The representative did tell me what she was packing in, but I wanted to actually have it in hand before saying anything. I should be getting it today or tomorrow. I'll post pictures. I plan on writing up a blog post, because I wholeheartedly believe in recognizing customer service.
The CS rep I spoke to was incredibly kind, and I've actually spotted her here in the forums. Additionally, IELLO was generous to empower their CS representatives to make decisions that can delight and surprise their customer base.
I'm thankful to IELLO and Danni Loe-Sterphone for their, in my opinion, far exceeding my expectations for customer service. I may be rendered deaf when the girls get their new monsters. Hopefully, only temporarily. :)
