Baby Gigazaur certainly qualifies as girly if any of the monsters do. But even if Iello opts to "wow" a customer with an event exclusive promo, good on them for doing so. Sometimes it pays to be in the right place at the right time. Lots of good companies do that sort of thing. It's as good a way to promote their brand as any, eespecially a brand like King of Tokyo, whose name is in multiple markets. Few families with young children are going to attend a King of Tokyo tournament. Iello would do well to reach out to the family-centered crowd instead of just the gamers.
