I wanted to thank all of you who recommended that I reach out to IELLO. I sent them an email on your recommendation and they got back with me yesterday.They are sending my girls a couple of monsters that should make them happy. The customer support representative was so kind. She acknowledged that they strive to be inclusive in their games, but admitted that the "King of" line isn't the best example of that.
I asked for the opportunity to buy them a Cyber Kitty from the new King of Tokyo and she refused payment. Within moments of giving CS my address I already had a shipping notification.
I love this hobby. The companies tend to take good care of their customers like none other. I would have happily paid for a couple of monsters, but they are just sending them along.
It was a pleasant surprise because I had forgotten emailing them. :)
