Really important when to yield from Tokyo in a 5-6 player game:

If you are in Tokyo with another monster and a monster outside Tokyo hits you both, then: (here is where the order of yielding becomes really important (we use the current the turn order to decide the order of yielding)

-If the other monster yields Tokyo and his turn is next, then you should yield also

-If the other monster doesn't yield and it's his turn next, then you shouldn't yield.

-If you have to decide the yielding first then you just have to think if the other monster is going to stay in Tokyo or is he leaving Tokyo.

If there is one monster before the other monster in Tokyo and you(player A, player B, player C in Tokyo, you) then should yield after player A attacks you both even if player C doesn't yield(especially if he doesn't have a lot of health). It's highly unlikely that player C will stay in Tokyo after player B hits him. This way you will avoid the damage done by at least one player.
