I think it is the first case (but I am not sure). At the end of the rules there is a short paragraph about rerolls (Nachwürfeln). There it is mentioned that cards allow you to reroll all dice one time, unless only one die is allowed to be rerolled. Therefore I think "komplett" or "complete" means, that all dice (and not just one) can be rerolled, but not 3 times again. Otherwise this card would be to powerful, I think.↧
