You might have gotten a bad batch of sleeves. Email them and hopefully they'll sort you out. They do replace them.
It has happened so often to me though that I now go with FFG sleeves. Never had any sizing issues with them. Mayday will replace the dodgy ones, but its a time sink waiting for them to do it each time.
