Technically, you are still rolling, so until your die roles are resolved, I believe they could not leave.
I disagree. We play that this card gives you an extra turn. So you should fully resolve the first turn, then before the next players turn you get another turn (with fewer dice).
I concur. The other guy yields, and the player with the FT card begins his extra turn in Tokyo.
