(1) Has there ever been an official word on timing of dice resolution?
I see that the FAQ has an UNofficial ruling that you just choose resolution timing. Works for me but I'm wondering if anyone official has ever weighed in. Obviously this is particularly relevant for healing. (If you follow order listed in manual, you can't heal on an attack into Tokyo where you move in since healing comes after attack.)

(2) Do "damage" cards constitute an attack?
We used to treat "damage" cards as non-attacks. But then I saw in the FAQ that one card that says "damage" (Poison Quills I believe) is really supposed to say "do an attack..." So what about other cards that say "damage." Is Quills the exception or the rule? I presume of course any cards that say "attack" constitute an attack.

(3) When you use cards like Dive Bomb, is the default that Tokyo City has to move? Is a good rule basically always "Tokyo City first?"

Love it but it's crazy how such a brilliantly simple game can lead to so many confusing corner cases. Some of the card interactions and timing issues in particular can be really problematic to solve even if you know the rules and the FAQ cold.

Thanks!
