Psychic Probe : you can reroll a die of each other monster once each turn. if the reroll is "heart" discard this card

Clown Costume(Halloween Expansion) : if you roll (1 2 3 "Heart""Punch""Energy") aka (royal flush) you can choose the face of every die.

my question is which one goes first??

=Situation=

I have the "clown costume" card and I rolled a royal flush and I want to change each of my dice to 3 using my "clown Costume" so i can get 6 victory points. while my friend have the "Psychic Probe" card and want to sabotage my play.

when will "Psychic Probe" be able to interfere?

Scenario 1) my friend use "Psychic Probe" changing one one of my dice when i get royal flush which leads to me not being able to use "Clown Costume"

Scenario 2) I change the face of every die with my "Clown Costume" to all 3s then my friend come and change one of my 3s using "Psychic Probe"

I need an expert's answer with an explanation. CONVINCE ME PLEASE !
