Can you Mimic Costumes? Nothing on the card suggests you can't since it does not specifically say keep cards.If so, what implications does that have? Can mimic then be stolen in the same manner as costumes if it is mimicking a costume?
If not, then using mimic on a zombie costume would make you effectively unkillable, since mimic would not have the one weakness that the zombie costume has, the ability to have it stolen resulting in death.
