Sure you can make this on a quality level for under $15. A low quality level that is.And one other thing I'd like to mention ..... if I think (and even mention) that a game isn't worth $25 of my hard earned cash, then I wouldn't even bother to spend my precious time and money to fabricate a print and play copy of it.
Don't get me wrong. I do PnP myself. But only games that are only available as PnP or games that are impossible to get. Like Machi Koro.
But even if I do have a PnP copy, once I'm able to buy an original copy of Machi Koro and the expansion, the PnP copy will be replaced. Nothing beats an original.
