Nope, that's great thanks! I was worried my post could be read that way but I was just interested. I suppose I could have just gone and googled that myself couldn't I..... :blush:
I've not heard of most of those games (I'm mainly a Wargamer though I have been getting into board games more over the past 12 months or so), but of course Magic is a pretty big deal!
I might start this as a separate discussion but I'll see how it goes here, but how important is the designer for people? As I say, I had no idea who Richard Garfield was but I bought KoT because I'd be introduced to it by a friend and enjoyed playing it a lot. Did his name on KoT make anybody more/less inclined to buy it? And would a lack of his involvement on KoNY influence anybody's decision to buy it?
