I've got experience with this sort of thing. I can get ahold of Stephan, probably, and work something out in the not-too-distant future. I have a lot of plates spinning right now, but when I get a new plate this could be on it.

Yes, I did. I thought I had written you a brief acknowledgement. Maybe that was just in my head. Sorry. Yes, I just need to proofread it and set it up in my existing layout (hopefully it fits).
