My other thoughts:Convenience store seems overpriced. It's rare I would try to roll 111 for one victory point, so why would I spend 3 energy on the same?
Camouflage seems overpriced. (Basically, it's not worth it unless it prevents at least three damage, which would take an average of 18 rolls!)
Monster Batteries seems weak. I mean you have to spend at least 5 for it to pay for itself, and that won't happen for three turns.
I agree with Lazy McCrow that the game is probably more fun without Evacuation Orders, Fire Breathing and Complete Destruction. He also suggests that Complete Destruction is overpowered.
