We included that for evolution cards.
So far only one card had been exempt which is Energize (costs 8 energy, but grants you 9, which would be 18 in this case) - we are still debating about that one.

The simplest fix would seem to me that you get 10. Normally, energize gives you one extra energy. Having it give 10 energy would mean you have two extra.
