What is your feeling on Healing Ray? Can the Monster in Tokyo use his heart dice to heal others? The French FAQ translation said yes, But Richard Garfield was less definite, and I know the FAQ was poorly translated.


No he can't (I know the French FAQ says the contrary but I have pondered a long time on this one). My reasoning in the following:

The rules says in the paragraph "EFFECTS OF TOKYO": "The Monster in Tokyo cannot use the [HEART] result on the dice to heal..." therefore, he cannot heal others.



Wait a second, I just read in the FAQ that the monster in Tokyo may use hearts to heal others for instance with Healing Ray. :confused:
