You're from Burnaby? There's a place called Dave's Pop Culture in Ladner if you're willing to drive. I think he has multiple copies available. Check his facebook page and give him a shout.
I also saw a copy at Connection Games and Comics on Renfrew and Grandview although it's more expensive. They only had one available.
