 for IELLO customer service. They refused to replace my crappy, defective silk-screened dice since they released the new embossed ones for sale. I think it's pretty disappointing to make a dice game with poor dice and then expect all the customers to purchase replacement dice to fix a key component defect.
While you have a point, I think you have to remember that the dice are probably the most expensive thing in this game, and it is probably price-prohibitive to replace and ship the dice out, or I am sure they would.
I do hope they come through with allowing the purchase of new engraved dice though, and offer a really good discount to early purchasers of the game.
It's a dice game and they should have made the dice properly the first time around. Plus, plenty of other people have received multiple sets of replacement dice due to the defects. It's just now they want to make the first edition owners pay up for their own mistake.
