I did not ask about the correct interpretation. I asked about the CORRECT REASON for the prevailing interpretation.


You've been given a REASON which is that removing poison/shrink is healing but you shot that down, your response being a very terse and rude:

I don't know anything about the translation issues and have the game in English so it's quite clear that you cannot use hearts in Tokyo. Maybe there's an issue with translation or maybe the rules were clarified after translation with more recent versions (I'm not sure which order they were released in so couldn't be sure).
