I emailed iello regarding the Halloween Expansion, Jonah.Asked (a) whether it would be available in the UK - answer: Yes - and (b) whether it would be in any way limited in availability - answer: No.
So, it'll turn up at some point - probably around Christmas time, based on how we seem to get everything some time after everyone else (or the US at least).
