Have just been played with Kraken and I have a couple of questions about his evolutions.
Terror of the Deep - let's you ignore damage if you roll and heart but does this double up if you have camouflage? My wargaming background says no because you can't have two 'ward saves' but my King of Tokyo brain says that both would be allowed. Anybody know which it is?

I'd say you can use both.
It's more like having both Lucky and Plenty Of Ammo in Zombicide than ward saves in a wargame.

High Tide - you discard to card to count each heart rolled as two but if you rolled three hearts could you gain two evolutions as you would have got six hearts. I'm pretty sure the answer to this is no because you only rolled three but thought I'd check.
Hmm... On checking the rules I've realised I (we) have probably played evolutions incorrectly on occasion!
If you read the Power Up! rules it states:
If a monster ends his rolls with at least 3 hearts...
I.e. it's not 1 evolution card per 3 hearts rolled!
So, in answer to your question, no, you would only get 1 evolution card.
But, you'd also only get one evolution card if you rolled six hearts in the first place!
However, if you rolled 2 hearts, and had High Tide in play, you would get an evolution, because the rules don't say that you have to roll 3 hearts just if you end your rolls with 3 hearts.
Does that make sense?
Makes sense on the 'at least' bit however if you used High Tide to turn two hearts into four you wouldn't have rolled at least three hearts which makes me think you wouldn't get the evolution. High Tide says discard to count each heart rolled and two hearts but does it count as two rolls?!
Regardless of how many hearts you rolled in ONE turn (minimum needing to be 3), you would still only get one evolution card stated in the rules.
So let's say you have 6 hearts rolled, you would still only acquire 1 evolution card. You would still receive the benefits of the 6 hearts (if you're outside of Tokyo) or if you have a card that allows for the hearts to be used in another manner.
We've got that nailed down but what about if you turn two hearts into four using High Tide? You haven't rolled three or more hearts then but do you still get an evolution for having four hearts or do you not get it because you only actually rolled two? In other words is it the total number of hearts that you end up with that's important or what you initially rolled?
Look at the wording of the rule again, Jonah, only this time with the emphasis in a slightly different place:
If a monster ends his rolls with at least 3 hearts...
That's not the same as saying "If a monster rolls at least 3 hearts...".
See what I'm saying?
Or, in other words, the hearts don't have to all come from the dice - they can come from elsewhere (such as High Tide).
This is correct. Thanks for the clarification.
I knew I forgot to mention something.
