My opinion is that camouflage is resolved first and then lightning armor. This makes sense to me thematically because if your camouflage protects you from X amount of attacks, then your lightning armor is never triggered for those misses. Although I wonder how lightning armor would (or wouldnt) work with Armor Plating.↧
