FINAL UPDATE: Got my new monster cutouts. The quality looks much better on most of them. A couple were flawed due to the mail system tossing around the package I imagine. It looks like the appendages that stick out on some of the monsters were hit pretty hard. At this point I don't think I'll bother complaining anymore. I have 2 copies of each and even if both are sub par, when one fails i can go to the other. Will take a long time to deteriorate both I guess. Could the packaging have been better? Yes. Perhaps the new ones were just as flawed to begin with? eh maybe. Was the customer service good? Exceptional. Quick and no questions asked. Overall I'd give the experience a 7. Only docking 3 for the couple cut outs that are still not what I would call mint quality.
