It uses the same "each turn" wording as Omnivore also...

Okay. I can understand why this is a giant confusion because there would be four cards from what I remember that would be questioned:
Psychic Probe
"You can reroll a die of each other Monster once each turn. If the reroll is Heart discard this card."

Giant Brain
"You have 1 extra reroll each turn."

Acid Attack
"Deal 1 extra damage each turn (even when you don't otherwise attack)."

and Omnivore.

Those four cards use the term "each turn" in different ways. For Giant Brain, you would only be able to reroll for yourself during your turn so it's implied that you know that you use that only during your turn.

Can the same concept be applied to the other cards? Or do they literally mean each and every single turn even during another player's turn?
