The card reads "if you have 111", not "for each 111 you have". No matter how many 1's you rolled: if you have (at least) 3, you score 2 extra VP. Nothing indicates you can win more in any conditions.

Official answer from Richard Garfield:
Yes - unless otherwise said you can use the abilities multiple times.



Sorry for being dense, but it looks like we have 2 Officialish answers that seem contradictory to me. so which is it? does 111 111 count as 2 VP or 4 VP with that card?


I read that official answer as 111 is worth 3VP with the card. However, the rules are clear that for each extra role of the same number you get 1 extra VP. So without the card... 111 111 is worth 4VP. With the card 111 111 would be worth 6VP.
