I just received my copy and I also had problems with the monster boards and cutouts. Pretty much the same as above, plus a number of the monster boards were badly warped.New customer service desk seems to be working perfectly, because Stephan emailed me back within a few hours, letting me know they would send replacements within a week. This is better service than we get from most local companies. Kudos to Iello, and Stephan in particular.
