Thread: King of Tokyo:: Rules:: Monster Sidekick in play and it's down to 2 players - what happens next?

OK

say one player has Monster Sidekick in play but unused they have not died yet! All the other players bar one have been eliminated, so it is a down and dirty 2 player grudge match.

What happens when the player with Monster Sidekick is killed by the other player.

1) Does the other player win outright?

or

2) Does the Monster Sidekick card kick in resurrecting the dead player and because all the other players are dead both players have a joint win?

We played it (after much persuasion) that it was a joint win (was this correct though?)
