At the start of my turn, I am outside of Tokyo. My friend is in Tokyo. I roll the correct combination of dice to use my Panda Express power. So I gain 2vp, heal 1, gain 1 energy, deal 1 damage, and get to take an extra turn. My friend decides to back out of Tokyo from my damage, so what happens?Do I go into Tokyo and then take my extra turn?
If so, does being in Tokyo at the start of the extra turn earn me 2vp?
or am I just not seeing the correct way to handle this situation?
