by TnT!
The games are VERY different. KoT has is direct conflict. You get to stomp on your friends. Yes, there is some "push your luck" in KoT - you get three rolls to get the dice you will use on your turn. But there are lots of decisions- do you invade Tokyo?
- do you go for energy?
- is it time to leave Tokyo and heal?
- do you take the tripes for victory points?
Lots of decisions, but still it is essentially a simple, light game. In which you get to "stomp" on your friends.
Zombie Dice is a fun push your luck game. But there is really no player interaction.
Yeah, the dice are nicer in Zombie Dice. But King of Tokyo has MONSTERS!
Oh, and in the current edition of the King of Tokyo, the dice are etched.
It's fun. It's short. It's pretty. Get it.
