Stephan, that was a classier reply than was even warranted to the OP. I'm sure most people realize the difficult position a small company like yours is in. As I said before, I'd love to be able run to my FLGS to buy the King of Tokyo expansion, but I understand that you have to produce an amount that you can be sure to sell. I don't hold this against you. I imagine most people that are eagerly awaiting the restock of the expansion feel the same way. I also have faith that most people don't have this warped sense of entitlement related to promotional items, and certainly don't hold the fact that they don't have them against you or your company. Thank you for being available on this forum.

That's funny. It sounds like you feel you are entitled to get a chance to purchase Power Up at some point down the road. What if it was a lottery? What if they decided not to reprint it for fear they might not sell all of it? Did you ever wonder why many game companies put earlier promos in the next expansion that follows the promos no longer being available? I think it is because they are trying to give the customers what they want.

I think it is fine that you don't really care all that much whether you get the promos. But I really want them and have objections to the way these were offered, or in this case not offered.

Nope. I don't feel entitled in the least to get a copy of Power Up. If they make more available, I'll buy one. I imagine they want those sales, so I don't worry about getting a copy...you know since they're actually for sale and not promotional items. If they made it a lottery, I'd enter it and hope for the best. If I didn't win I wouldn't take it as a personal affront because I don't have the sense of entitlement that you seem to hold so dear.
