I agree that this is simply a strategy and not a dirty trick. In the games I've played this strategy has failed a number of times for the simple reason that someone or another, sometimes me, plays the following strategy:Get into Tokyo and deal loads of damage....
It's simple but incredibly fun to implement.
So yeh +1 to anyone that has already said this strategy. It's the way the game should be played
