Indeed it is the start of your turn. However, if you find it hard I suggest you use the *well known* variant in which you get more points. The idea is that you get as many VP as players OUTSIDE tokyo. For example in a 5 player game if you manage to stay a full round you get 3 points (since those were the opponents that could theoretically harm you)↧
