We had been playing the rule as gaining 2 points for being in Tokyo at the start of your turn. In a 5 player game, you got pretty beat up just to earn your 2 points. When we re-read the rules, it says you get the points at the start of "the" turn, so we started giving the Tokyo player 2 points each turn, no matter whose turn it was. It seemed to play better that way!However in rules summaries here, it says 2 points at the start of "your turn".
Which is the intended rule?
