Just making sure I understand a few things here.

First person to roll a claw goes in Tokyo city. (Does this mean the first person to have a claw after their two re-rolls or the first time a claw shows up on the dice?)

Does the second person to roll a claw automatically go to Tokyo Bay? I'm assuming Tokyo Bay has the same privileges as the city(1pt for going in, 2pts at the beginning of your turn if you're in there)

When people outside of Tokyo attack, does it damage both monsters inside or do you choose who to direct damage to?

Do the monsters inside Tokyo damage each other or just the people outside?

The 5-6 player variant seems nice, but it seems like it was sort of glossed over in the rule book.

The first person to have a claw after they are completely done rolling (after 3 rolls) moves in.

The second person goes to Tokyo Bay AND damages the person in Tokyo City. They also get the bonuses as usual.

Damage from outside hits everyone inside, and damage from inside hits everyone outside. Also when damage in done to the people in Tokyo, either or both can yield. If only the Tokyo City person yields, the Tokyo Bay person is "upgraded" to Tokyo City. If anyone yields, the attacker moves in (Tokyo Bay if someone is in/upgraded to Tokyo City or Tokyo City if everyone yields).

Also keep in mind that if people are eliminated to the point where only 4 or fewer players remain, Tokyo Bay is out of the game, and if anyone is there, they are sent home.
