If I am out of Tokyo with a very few hitpoints that I'd prefer to heal, but I throw some attacks and the Tokyo-occupying monster flees to heal itself, I am forced to take its place.However, if I rather didn't damage the other monster in order to heal myself, can I choose to ignore the paw-results on the dice or not?
