True, but 3 energy in our games is often a ton (most powerful cards cost 5-7 energies), especially for someone who's behind. I think that we even forgot that rule from a certain game onward because none of us wanted to take the hit for the sake of preventing someone else to get one card with the risk of just uncovering an even better one, so no one ever used it!

Anyway, I want to remark the fact that I wasn't trying to prove the game had a fault, I know it works fine for a lot of people, I just think that - as for the reviewer - it didn't work "as is" for me.
